RETURNS

Cancellations

You can cancel your order in writing by email (help@autisticlove.org) within 24 hours. If your order has already been processed, and or in the process of shipping, you will need to return the order to receive a full refund. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping chargers unless otherwise specified. We do apologize for the inconvenience. 

Returns

If you would like to return your purchase, simply email (help@autisticlove.org) with the order details and return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a refund on receipt if you have either cancelled your order via email within 24 hours or if the item is not to your satisfaction.

Returns are at your cost, and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we highly recommend return by recorded delivery with proof of postage. autistic love society cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit back to us.

* When trying on items, please ensure you are not wearing perfume, wet hair products, aftershave or deodorant, items must be returned in their original condition. Please avoid any sprays, liquids, oils, water or risk of damage via jewelry. Any evidence of personal damage to product will make product unacceptable for return.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange if you have ordered the wrong size, due to our production process, you will need to return the item for a refund within 7 days and re-order a different size.

We can however exchange an item if faulty, or if in the unlikely event of receiving the wrong item.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty item, please email us (help@autisticlove.org) with your order details and reason for return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
